My mom always bought the kind that had some kind of sauce on them and put it on rice...i actually liked it.

well what i mean is.... do you eat it whole...
like a chicken nugget or something?
its just... they have bones still in there, right?
do you just eat it whole, assuming bones are
still present?

small fish can usually be eaten with the 'bones' in them since they're pretty flexible and small.
Sardines.. those are them really salty ones are they? I think we had them on bread in the afternoon on my holiday last year.
with all that hot weather and sweating we really needed that to get some salt back in.

when we ate them with rice, they kind of break up kind of like that pot roast. And yes, you just eat the bones.

zela the really salty ones are anchovies
shatzy i eat them on toast the bones in them are non existant in that they are undetectable in terms on feel you can see them but they are as soft as the rest of the fish and the fish itself spreads like pate
